Got to climb with Mark G and Jake V from the gym and ran into two former athletes and two other friends! Great stuff although there was a red V3 that has my name on it when I’m fresh.
Excited to climb more often. I’m in a position where the extra attention to hand/wrist/forearm will definitely help my recovery. #TeamBroken
