Then worked to a heavy snatch single: 20 40x3x2, 50x2x2, 60x2, 65, 70
Putting it up felt good because I was snapping it in place. Stopped because I started catching with a bent arm again #TeamBroken
Planned to work up to a heavy jerk triple, but my wrist wasn’t happy catching anything back into rack today.
Then worked to a heavy back squat. 70-110-130-140-150x-belted-150-160-165x
